IM&C is a team where each member, in their own way, contributes to a common goal. Ankica is the founder and the owner of IM&C Agency. Her rich experience as well as the knowledge she draws from pile of books, is the foundation to the whole team. Feisty, well-read and energetic, she is ready to fight till the end for our clients' interest. Thanks to her experience and knowledge about different areas, especially psychology, she becomes their personal advisor. Whether she is consulting three, four or five clients at the same moment, her attention is always directed to each and one of them individually, and in a way that every one is at the same time the first and the most important.

She meets high-politics challenges on a daily basis, opening up new topics and actively contributing to creation of media agenda. She quickly becomes the point of influence in all the circles she moves in. Ivica knows everybody, and everybody knows Ivica. He is a master in personal relations, and a top communicator.
