IM&C WOM Concept
IM&C has been a member of the international organization WOMMA (Word of Mouth Marketing Association) for 5 years.
By being a member of WOMMA, we enrich our practice with new strategies and knowledge on daily basis, by participating in WOMMA's activities, attending numerous conferences and seminars in Europe and the United States of America, as well as collaborating with experts from all over the world.
WOM campaigns have been carried out “informally” and “formally” by the IM&C agency experts for a number of years, and given the positive results that have been achieved, WOM campaigns have become one of the main components of strategies the agency creates for its clients.
The WOM does not exclude traditional marketing and PR techniques, but rather enriches and expands them, and puts emphasis on a two-way communication and feedback acceptance, which have a direct effect on increased credibility and the quality of communication.
The WOM campaign implies the choice of “influentials” or advocates who are being related to the concrete service/product which is given to them to use or get familiar with.
The impressions of each and every advocate are followed by adjusted questionnaires, while the advocate, by truly believing in the company, product or service, spreads the word.
Since a larger part of communication is taking place on the Internet, we also include online activities through web communities, forums and blogs and other ways of communicating on the web into the PR mix on daily basis.
